I’VE REBRANDED & RELOCATED MY RECIPES TO EATS ALL BY HITOMI

WHY THE REBRAND?

While “Eats All or Nothing” served as a momentum in getting me started with food blogging, the “it’s all or nothing” mentality does not quite apply to functional nutrition and bioindividuality. Let me explain…

Shortly after the Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) diet, I learned that not giving my body the full chance to quell ALL of the inflammation had consequences. 99% gluten-free is 100% NOT gluten-free. If your leaky gut is not healed completely, symptoms may manifest in other extremities and can come back with a vengeance as it did with me. Tough to hear, but it’s the truth. It was frustrating, but I was willing to seek out a resolution. So, I went to Functional Nutrition Alliance and studied our full body systems to be able to connect the dots.

You ever wonder why your friends are perfectly fine after eating a salad, but you’re the only one with a belly that is completely distended from bloating? How about your cousins eating all the dessert they want, but one bite of chocolate can give break you out the next morning? Don’t get me started on hormones. Birth control can work perfectly fine for someone, but here you are noticing the weight on your scale exponentially rising.

Bioindividuality—it’s a personal lifestyle approach that considers epigenetic, gut microbiome, and inflammation. Wellness and nutrition is not a one-size fits all. I initially intended to create a guide, but I found myself thinking “well, that may not be true for everyone.”

So here we are today. I’m rebranding to Eats All by Hitomi. You’ll get all of me. This a raw and honest account of what diet, lifestyle, products, and practices are working for me, cravings turned into better-for-you recipes, wellness updates, sneak peaks of my side project (“Unleash the Cringe Podcast”), bite size insights to Functional Nutrition, and All In Coaching (Coming Soon).
